Augustine Adjapong has made the final squad for WAFU Zone B AFCON tournament in Niger with the Black Satellites of Ghana
The Ghana Premier League leader’s full-back has made the final cut after Karim Zito trimmed down his numbers to a maximum of 20 players ahead of their tournament opener in a few days.
It will be the first taste of a junior tournament football for our young right-back who joined us ahead of the season from a lower-tier side and has been phenomenal for us stating a claim in Coach Prosper Ogum’s first eleven.
The tournament will be held in Niamey from May 7 – May 20, 2022.
They’ll be vying for a place at the 2023 U20 AFCON to be held in Egypt.
